WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY
My name is Tiffany and I have been doing doula work for several years. I had taken a two-day training a couple of years ago they AlloTribe and loved it. Although I felt very prepared to do work as a certified doula, I still felt like I had a lot of questions and needed more in depth training. When the opportunity came along to take this professional doula training, I was one of the first in line! I knew the quality of training that AlloTribe offered and was confident that this new program would be no different. The team at AlloTribe really cultivated an atmosphere for learning and peer support and I felt supported along my entire journey. It was definitely college level coursework. The material was well-thought-out and thorough. We did a lot of self-examination and reflection that pushed me to understand why I am so passionate about being a doula. It is not a job. It is my life’s work. I also learned so much about being a true professional in this world of birth and postpartum support. The medical information we were taught gives us an edge to understanding what is happening with our clients and also helps us establish trust with medical providers that we encounter. The marketing and financial piece set me up to be a more professional and successful business owner. All of these components gave me the confidence to be able to be a caring and knowledgeable doula in any situation, and to carry my career forward with assurance knowing that I am providing quality service to every client.
The Certified Professional Doula Training through AlloTribe Academy has changed my life. When I started to research the different ways to become a doula I kept coming up short. All the trainings were only two days and I knew I wouldn’t have the tools or know how after ~16 hours of training. I committed myself to the intensive 200-hour course with AlloTribe and have never looked back. I feel prepared and confident as a new doula equipped with all the necessary tools I will need. I am forever grateful that this program came into my life! There are no words that can explain how much this program has changed my life. I am a better person because of it and I have made the most amazing circle of powerful, intelligent, and committed doulas I can trust in my personal and professional life! There is not another program like this around and I highly recommend you look into it if you want to pursue or better your profession as a doula!
